When my husband and I decided to buy a home we started our search with an agent from another company. It was definitely not a good experience! We discussed what we required in a home. We also stated that we did not what to look at any houses located in a flood zone. We finally found a house and started the paperwork. Our agent suggested that we needed to offer asking price if we wanted the seller to pay part of the closing cost. Also he stated that the seller would not be willing to put any money into repairs on the home, so we should not even ask. Three weeks from closing we were informed the home was in a flood area. How did the agent not know this? The deal tanked. We moved forward deciding to use only the listing agents (we figured we couldn’t do much worse). Fate, destiny or the grace of God brought Cindy Andrew into our lives. Cindy took her time to show us a number of homes. We kept in contact almost daily. She always gave us her honest opinion of every house, one we felt we could trust. Once we entered into a purchase contract, she demonstrated her knowledge, tenacity, and bold style to successfully obtain more than we thought possible. Good price, brand new roof, one year full home warranty, not to mention the $3,500 the seller paid for our closing costs. Not only is Cindy the best real estate agent we have known, she is a fine and wonderful person. We do (in fact have already) recommend her to everyone.

Sincerely,
Tim & Lori S.
