I bought my first investment property with the help of Brad Heck at DEEB Realty. As a new investor at the time I had a lot to learn. With a wide variety of options possible to purchase an investment home and Brad's knowledge of the investment market, I have managed to make a part time venture very financially successful. Being at DEEB Realty Brad is capable of getting these multiple sales done without charging me a junk fee on any of our closings. I have since bought my last couple personal homes through Brad and hope to continue to do business with Brad and DEEB Realty in the future.
