Deb has been invested in the Omaha Commercial Real Estate Market for over 25 years. Her various activities as a broker have included:

  • Directed land development projects on over 175 acres of retail and mixed use centers. In that role she strongly participated in directing the aspects of initial land acquisition, subdivision approval process and platting, infrastructure design, conventional as well as TIF financing. She implemented landscape, hardscape and building design criteria. She has worked as the tenant finish coordinator and owner liaison.
  • Due Diligence Analysis: Performed site visit and condition analysis to several area shopping centers to assist their out of state property management, owners, and developers.
  • Has performed both Owner and Tenant Representation Serviced for local, national and international firms.
  • Property Management experience includes supervision and coordination of new construction for over 3,000 multi-family units and their communities, three million s.f. of office property, and two million s.f. of retail space.

Deb has earned the accreditations of RPA (Real Property Administrator), FMA (Facility Management Administrator) and CPM (Certified Property Manager). She is certified to teach and has taught various real estate continuing education classes through both the State of Nebraska and through BOMA International (Building Owners and Managers Association).

Mr. Cheuvront, an Omaha, Nebraska native is responsible for sales and leasing of commercial properties at Deeb Commercial Real Estate. He specializes in office, industrial, retail, land and multifamily acquisitions and dispositions. Dan is the director of leasing and commercial property management at Deeb Commercial Real Estate, he works side by side with landlords and tenants in Nebraska. Additional services Dan offers his clients include; market research, site selection, exchanges, and self directed IRA real estate investing. In addition; Mr. Cheuvront holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Candidate, and a member of NAR and OABR.

John has over 17 years as a small business owner. Operating a number of small businesses has given him a variety of work experience while achieving monumental goals and learning how to persevere through challenging times. In 2004 John obtained his Nebraska and Iowa’s broker’s license to also help his clients with their commercial property needs. John joined DEEB Realty in 2005 and employs his natural talents of empathy and relationship builder to understand all sides of negotiation to create a win-win scenario for all involved. Tim Wurth

Tim is a 28 year veteran of real estate, 27 of those years have been spent in the commercial and investment discipline of real estate. In 1981 he graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a degree in Economics. He has worked as a broker for two of the principle commercial firms in Omaha as well as a stint as an associate with a national shopping center developer in Atlanta. In 1988 Tim founded Wurth Development, a regional commercial development company and proceeded to develop Omaha’s first “Flex Space” building on 87th & F Streets. Over the next 20 years Tim has been involved in all aspects of the commercial development process in the Omaha and Lincoln markets. He has represented national retail chains in markets across the Midwest, rezoned, brokered, managed, owned and built those projects. As a consultant and owner he managed the construction and development of multi million dollar projects. He is dedicated to quality and financially sound real estate development, brokerage and management.
