A native of Omaha who loves the personalities, community and cultures that make up our citys neighborhoods. I assist my clients through both the sale and purchase process. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Family Science with a minor in Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
I have over 13 years experience working with and serving as an Assistant Director for a Homeowner Program using HUDs 12-hour HELP course. This course includes one-on-one Pre-Occupancy Counseling, budgeting for mortgage payments, learning about housing care and maintenance and non-traditional lending standards, using alternative sources of mortgage credit and avoiding predatory lending practices.
I am a Licensed Realtor in Nebraska, Member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and Omaha Area Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with over 10 years Landlord/Management Experience .
I enjoy being outside and doing all kind of things with my 3 girls. They assist me with my home repair and remodels as well as with their remodels of their playhouse. I enjoy the challenge of my 2 dogs, Winnie and Waffles, and all the trouble they get into.
